Saturday in Leipzig and Klassik airleben

Our Saturday in Leipzig started off rather ominously.  A DJ at the party next door was spinning high quality tunes like "Karma Chameleon"at ear deafening levels... so needless to say no sleep in was afforded.  So we got ready and went shopping at the Promenade for some groceries and a 6 pack of beer for the Ohio State game later.  On the way home we stopped at the Baby store to get L Rizzy a high chair.  It looked cool enough- green and blue.  Only issue was when we got home and cracked the box... a pink high chair was in the box.  We quickly decided to keep it anyway.

The Ohio State game came on at 6- we had dinner and hooked the computer up to the TV and L Rizzy enjoyed his first game.  I cracked a beer and took a big swill... and it tasted horrible.  A close examination of the bottle revealed bad news... Alcoholfrei.  The rest found it's way down the sink drain.  At half time we decided to walk down to Zentrum to check out the Klassik airleben.  There were tons of people and at 8 o'clock the orchestra began playing.  We snacked on doughnut hole kind of pastries and had a steak sandwich (literally a grilled steak on a bun).  The sights and sounds were amazing.  Once we were tired we headed home and put L Rizzy to sleep.  We watched the remainder of the Ohio State game in bed and when it was complete we fell asleep.  Not bad for a nice little Saturday in Leipzig.
