Today L Dubs, L Rizzy, and I stumbled upon the Passagenfest at the City Center. All of the passages in the City Center were lined with red carpet and there were exhibits/performances inside. The shops were open late and the cigarette smoke and alcohol were aplenty. Below is a video of last years Passagenfest.
