Johann Sebastian Bach and the Thomaskirche

Last week L Dubs, L Rizzy, and I visited The Thomaskirche (St. Thomas Church) in Leipzig.  People from all over the world tour St. Thomas Church as it is "where Johann Sebastian Bach worked as a cantor, and where his remains currently lie."  Below are a few pictures that L Dubs took of this beautiful church. We did not get a lot of the interior because there was a wedding ceremony in progress when we were there. What a beautiful church to have a wedding at!

O.k...I am going to turn the computer over to L Dubs for some comic relief as his posts are MUCH more fun to read than mine.  Somehow he makes the most boring topics into entertaining blogs. . .

Blogoobers:

During an epic sea battle the spotter saw a ship on the horizon and the captain said, "Quick, get my red shirt so that if I am bleeding my men will not notice and they will continue to fight hard." And after they had won that battle the spotter shouted, "There are 5 more ships on the horizon." The captain then exclaimed, "Get me my brown pants."
