Best. Waterpark. Ever.

During a horrible hot spell here in Leipzig, we took L Rizzy to the BEST waterpark EVER!! It all started with a nauseating tram ride to the park. To begin, as soon as we loaded the tram, we smelled a horrible stench of vomit. We sat on the tram in 95 degree heat, no air conditioning, and a revolting smell of vomit for over 30 LONG minutes. Towards the end of the ride L Dubs noticed where the stench originated. At the back of the tram was a huge pile of FRESH vomit. As soon as I saw it I almost added another pile to the tram. It was the most DISGUSTING tram ride we experienced all year.

Once we escaped the offensive smelling tram, we met Michelle and Catalina, and headed to the waterpark. For the cost of 3.50 Euros we had the entire day to use the facility. There was a baby pool with a slide/ramp for the kiddies. L Rizzy loved spending his time in there. There were also animal fountains that he thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, the park had an adult pool with two massive slides. As you can imagine L Dubs tried out the slide a time or two. He also took L Rizzy in the adult pool and they had a wonderful time together. Besides the kiddie and adult pools there was also a lap pool, multiple volley ball courts, a sand play gym for the kids, and more. I cannot begin to tell you how nice this place was. I wish we had more pictures to share but we were approached and told we weren't allowed to have cameras. I'm sure if we would have read the signs in German on the way in, we would have known that!
